Danny's wedding ....... Danny Craig and Corey Hemphill......September 26, 2020

I was so fortunate to take a trip to be with my niece at her celebration of her wedding in Indiana....She is one  of the sweetest and kindest individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing.  She had originally scheduled her nuptials in May and due to the pandemic was postponed. God blessed her with wonderful weather.  I flew into Ohio and drove from there (Fairfield OH) to the wedding with Pat, Pixie and Chuck.   Stayed at the Hampton....good visit for 5 days!!  We were shuttled from the church to the land where the wedding would take place.   MASKS required, as was the buffet line.   Here are just a few pictures...keep in mind ...I really suck at photography...thanks to Greg Price (her brother in law) for streaming the wedding for the people that could not attend.....small details I love to look at....beautiful setup for the ceremony...
loved the lavender on the ends of the aisle...so pretty

A good man post

I just love this stamp set....used this for one of the cards at class Saturday....if you wanted you could use it for Father's Day..or another occasion ..
This is done with a simple masking technique.....you stamp the image in black where you want on the white card stock....then you cut out the mask....adhere it with temporary adhesive and the roll the brayer....

Use the crumb cake first for the sand....then mask the water horizon line and brayer the balmy blue ink....then mask water line...which I didn't do and you can tell...then used mango and then pumpkin pie ink...the stamped the phrase....can use whatever colors on figures....

Metal Oxidation

I used this technique for my Auckland swaps....the site Mitosu ....Jay did a wonderful video.....you start with silver foil paper.....choose your reinkers ...and put them on using the reinker and aqua painter.....just dab them....then you use the spritzer to help the inks move and heat with heat gun on first setting......when the ink is dry....you heat emboss it using clear embossing powder....you can use pieces and then cut or cut pieces and do individually...since I did 70 swaps....I choose the long strip method...and then cut
